Our Power Washing Process
Walkthrough & Consultation
We begin with a walkthrough to understand your goals, review the condition of the surfaces, and confirm what will be pressure washed.
We do power washing as both a stand alone service and as preparation for exterior painting services.
Scheduling & Prep Planning
Once the scope is confirmed, we schedule the project and plan the workflow to keep disruption minimal.
Protect the Work Area
Prior to power washing, we move or protect any fragile items and plants. This includes moving outdoor furnishings.
Surface Preparation
We apply a soap mixture to the area we will be washing. If any plant is accidentally exposed, we immeditely rinse the soap off any affect plants.
Powerwashing
We carefully use pressurized water to wash dirt and mildew off surfaces.
Cleanup & Restore the Space
After power washing and rinsing, we replace items that were moved, including furnishings, and uncover any protected plants.
Final Walkthrough
We finish with a walkthrough to confirm everything meets expectations.
